MEMORY HIERARCHIES FOR CONTEXT
Part 8 of 11
PRACTICE LAB CONNECTION
Add a scratchpad or notes file and tiered storage to the Resume Review Agent lab in Chapter 66, and test the prompts below against it.
First, create a notes file with sections for resumes reviewed, resumes remaining, decisions about scoring, and next action, and make the agent update it after each resume.
Second, create a folder for cold storage that receives full copies of each resume's complete analysis, while the hot tier receives only a short result line.
Third, simulate an interruption by stopping the agent partway and restarting it with an empty context, then check that it resumes correctly by reading the notes.
The moment it picks up exactly where it stopped, you will have seen the value of memory hierarchies firsthand.
