APPENDIX B: THE COMPONENT REFERENCE

Part 2 of 2

HOW THE COMPONENTS FIT TOGETHER One pass through the loop starts when the instruction manager and context builder prepare what the model will see. The model adapter then sends that package to the model and returns the reply in a common format. If the reply asks for a tool, the permission resolver checks the request, and the tool registry runs the matching handler if the check passes. The budget tracker updates its counts after every call and can end the run at any time. The logger records every event, and the reporter writes the final summary when the loop ends. If you can point to each of these eight parts in your own harness, you have the foundation of a production-ready design.
