APPENDIX H: RESUME PORTFOLIO BUILDING CAPSTONE PROJECTS

PREREQUISITES AND SETUP You need Python 3.10 or newer, a text editor, and a terminal. You need no packages and no paid account. Everything is built inside a new folder named project5_support_desk. The finished folder will contain budget.py, retry.py, workers.py, supervisor.py, test_project5.py, audit_log.jsonl, runbook.txt, and deployment_plan.txt. To run with the mock workers, do nothing special. To use real models, you would replace the bodies of the functions classify, draft_reply, and review in workers.py with calls to your model adapter, keeping the same inputs and outputs, and you would keep every budget and retry rule in place, because real models are slower, costlier, and less predictable than the mock.
