DEFINITION OF DONE • The folder project5_support_desk contains budget.py, retry.py, workers.py, supervisor.py, test_project5.py, runbook.txt, and deployment_plan.txt. • Running python test_project5.py prints ALL TESTS PASSED. • The reliability evidence is complete. ◦ The audit log shows a retry for T3, a redraft for T4, and an escalation for T5. ◦ The kill switch has been turned on and off by hand. • The runbook has every heading from steps 23 through 29 and has been drilled once. • The deployment plan has every heading from steps 33 through 38. • The readme states plainly that workers are scripted and tickets are invented. • No real customer data is anywhere in the project.
